Collingwood vs St Kilda: 2025 AFL Round 15
Magpies Flying High Into Saturday Night Showdown
The Pies sit four points clear on top of the ladder with a game in hand as well, having won their last five games in a row. They are coming off their bye week last round, having captured a thrilling one-point win over the Demons on King’s Birthday Monday in their last game. Despite star midfielder Nick Daicos being tagged out of the game, the Pies midfield still controlled ascendency, as brother Josh racked up 34 touches and seven score involvements in a best-on-ground performance. Nick will likely have to fight through another hard tag this week, as he comes up against arguably the in-form tagger in the competition in Marcus Windhager.
Stumbling Saints in Desperate Need of Redemption
The Saints showed promise in the early stages of the season but have come off the boil in the last few months, winning just one of their last five games. They are battling a heavy casualty list, most notably star key forward Max King, who is yet to play a game in 2025 and will likely be out of the remainder of the season. They are coming off a horror 72-point loss to the Bulldogs in their last game, where they allowed the Dogs key forwards in Sam Darcy and Aaron Naughton to run rampant. A small bright spot for the season, Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera continued his strong form, racking up 31 touches and a goal in the loss.
Saints Roll the Dice on Youthful Energy
Not only are the Pies a game clear on top of the ladder, but they are also in the enviable position of having one of the strongest injury lists in the league at the moment. Brayden Maynard will not play this week but looks only one more week away, while Pat Lipinski will come back into the side this week after missing last through concussion. The Saints will make three changes for the clash, with the trio of talented youngsters in Mattaes Phillipou, Darcy Wilson and debutant Alix Tauru coming into the side.
Pies or Saints? Here’s our Collingwood vs St Kilda Tip
The Pies start as 31.5 point favourites here, which seems about right given the two teams current form at the moment. One thing that I think tips the scales ever so slightly in favour of the Saints at this line is the Pies history at Marvel Stadium. They don’t play there very often at all, having only faced North Melbourne there so far this year. The Saints, while terribly out of form at the moment, are generally at their best when under the roof, and have a solid record against Collingwood, having split their last four matchups 2-2. I think the Saints can keep this relatively close in a low scoring game under the dome.

Collingwood vs St Kilda Player Prop Bet
Our Best Player Prop: Nick Daicos Under 27.5 Disposals
Marcus Windhager has been doing big jobs on big names over the last month, displaying a pretty impressive ability to lockdown a variety of different types of players from Kysaiah Pickett two weeks ago to Marcus Bontempelli in the Saints last game. At 27.5, this Daicos line looks a touch high considering Windhager has kept the following players to an average of 14.2 disposals - Holmes, Rozee, Callaghan, Anderson, Pickett, Bontempelli.

Magpies vs Saints Same Game Multi
Throughout the 2025 AFL season we’ll be putting together a fun same game multi for every match using Dabble.
Isaac Quaynor 20+ Disposals - Quaynor has been in solid accumulating form over the last month, racking up 23, 20 and 25 touches in his last three games. The Saints typically give up a lot of touches to roaming half backs, as shown last week when Bailey Dale racked up 36.
Jack Crisp 15+ Disposals - Should be plenty of touches to go around in the midfield for the Pies if our Daicos tag prediction comes to fruition. Crisp has also had 15+ in every game he has played this year.
Hunter Clark 15+ Disposals - Came back into the Saints side in Round 11 after a stint on the sidelines and is averaging 17.6 touches per game in his three games since then. Had 26 touches the last time he faced the Magpies.
