2025 FIFA Club World Cup Final: Preview & Betting Tips
It’s an all European Final as the winners of the Champions League and the winners of the Conference League. Les Parisiens come into the final as red hot favourites after comfortably beating Bayern Munich and Real Madrid to get the Final. Chelsea have had a much easier run not having to play any teams from the major five leagues in Europe throughout the knockout stage.
Paris Saint-Germain have been utterly dominant through the tournament, scoring the most goals (16), recording the most assists (11) and conceding the fewest goals (1). The only goal that PSG conceded throughout the entire tournament came in their only loss, a 1-0 defeat against Botafogo. They’ve beaten Atletico Madrid, Seattle Sounders, Inter Miami, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid by an aggregate scoreline of 16-0.
PSG have had an even spread of contributors, with four players scoring multiple goals and three players having recorded multiple assists throughout the tournament.
Chelsea will be looking to the likes of superstar Cole Palmer, and Semi Final hero Joao Pedro to impact on the scoresheet. Chelsea’s defence will be strengthened by the likely return of Levi Colwill, while Liam Delap will also be available from suspension.
PSG have been in red hot form, winning 10 of their last 11 games in all competitions, and have kept a clean sheet in 7 of their last 8 games in all competitions. Paris Saint-Germain have won everything they could this season, winning Ligue 1, Coupe de France and the Champions League. Although historically it’s been viewed as an exhibition tournament, if there was ever a team desperate to win the Club WOrld Cup, it would be this PSG side, to wrap up one of the most dominant seasons ever seen in club football.
PSG have beaten Chelsea in their last two competitive matches, and are unbeaten in their last four competitive matches against the West London side. It’s been a dominant tournament on the back of a dominant season for Les Parisiens, who will cruise to a comfortable win in the Final.
