The Liberty National Golf club will host the first installment of the fed ex cup playoff series. The road to the Coca Cola Tour Championship is where the real money lies. The winner of that event will receive $10,000,000. Liberty National is a unique course and was widely criticized in 2009.
There have been a lot of changes this year including fixing severely sloping greens and cutting rough back to a playable level. If you get a chance to watch the event over the weekend the course has unique views of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of liberty.
