Today he looks at Tricked vs 777 Esports, Hotspurs vs Sashi Esports, and 9INE vs forZe, who will meet on Tuesday, September 6.

Tricked vs 777 Esports

The decider match between Tricked and 777 Esports doesn't promise any high-quality gameplay, but it offers a solid betting opportunity. Tricked and 777 Esports are two of the weakest teams at the Elisa Invitational, and their past performances would confirm that,
Tricked have won just one match, against schadE halt (2-1), but lost the next two against MASONIC (1-2) and B8. 777 Esports have achieved just as much, with only one win against KOVA (2-0) and two defeats against B8 (0-2) and Hotspots (0-2). You could say that Tricked had a much tougher schedule seeing how they had to play both MASONIC and B8, but that doesn't change the fact that they've lost both games.
So even though Tricked had to face stronger teams, that's a bad excuse for believing that they're much better than 777 Esports. Slightly better, perhaps, but Tricked don't deserve to be priced at just 1.53 to win this match.
Their results in other tournaments would confirm that, seeing how they've on four of their last seven matches, but three came against much weaker stacks in X (2-0), ghouls (16-14) and Monte (2-1), yet even in those games, Tricked didn't look convincing.
That's not to say that 777 Esports have been outstanding, but they don't look weaker than Tricked Esports. The way I see it, this is a clash between two evenly matched teams, so anything above 2.00 on either team is a good bet.

Hotspurs vs Sashi Esports

Hotspurs and Sashi Esports have won two games in the first three rounds. Hotspurs have won against 777 Esports (2-0) and Dynamo Eclot (2-1), while Sashi defeated KOVA (2-1) and 00 Prospects (2-1). The teams have also lost one game apiece against Into the Breach (1-2) and EYEBALLERS (0-2), respectively.
Results-wise, Hotspurs and Sashi Esports are even, but Hotspurs have shown a lot more. They crushed 777 Esports and played well against Dynamo Eclot, and we should forget that Hotspurs nearly won against ITB but choked after winning the first map.
On the other side, Sashi Esports might have won two games, but they haven't looked good in either of them. Most notably, they gave away a map against KOVA (17-19 Ancient) and barely won the next two with 16-13 and 16-14. They also didn't look very impressive against 00 Prospects, who they beat 16-12, 14-16, 16-12.
We should also mention that Hotspurs are playing with Jack "Jackinho" Ström Mattsson, who was one of the top players at Young Ninjas and has helped the team compete in WePlay Academy League, where he averaged a 1.34 rating.
I don't expect Hotspurs to compete for the Elisa Invitational trophy, but they're stronger than Sashi, who will have to overperform if they wish to take down the Swedish lineup.

9INE vs forZe
ESL Challenger League Europe Season 42
The ESL Challenger League Europe Season 4 Group A decider match between 9INE and forZe will mark a rematch from the first round when 9INE upset the CIS squad 2-1, winning the match with a strong performance on Nuke (16-13) and Mirage (16-6).
It was a shockingly one-sided affair that an underdog team take down one of the tournament favourites. But since then, things have stabilised with 9INE losing their next match against 1win (1-2) and forZe defeating and eliminating SAW (2-0) from the tournament.
For this rematch, the bookmakers seem to agree that forZe are the better team and that the first meeting between these two squads was a fluke. I agree, but I don't particularly like betting on forZe at 1.40.
Even in their win against SAW, forZe gave away 27 rounds (16-14, 16-13), which is significantly more than what you would expect from this team. On the other side, 9INE didn't look too bad in their loss against 1win, when they won the first map 16-5 and put up a solid fight on Dust2 (13-16) and Overpass (13-16).
But even though I expect forZe to get their revenge, they haven't shown enough for me to believe they can sweep 9INE.This could be a very close affair, so at 2.00, I'll take over 2.5 maps.
