Natus Vincere vs Chicken Fighters
ESL One Los Angeles 2020 Dota2 Online: Europe & CIS
A prominent CIS esports organisation Natus Vincere will take on Chicken Fighters this Tuesday, in what is billed as a one-sided bout, yet there is more to it than meets the eye. Although Navi are without a doubt the stronger side on the paper, their iffy performance against Team Unique on Sunday suggests Vladislav "Crystallize" Krystanek and co. might not have the easiest time against their next opponents.
Chicken Fighters are by no means one of the best teams in the scene, yet they are still a solid B-Tier squad, which should give them a fighting chance against shaky Natus Vincere, who failed to achieve anything noteworthy since 2018. Due to NaVi's poor performances recently and the fact that this is an online tournament, it's highly likely we might see an upset win, but for the sake of this prediction, an over 2.5 map bet seems like a better option.
Team Liquid vs Alliance
ESL One Los Angeles 2020 Dota2 Online: Europe & CIS
An exciting clash between two teams that used to dominate the Dota2 competitive scene, but are now only a shadow of their former selves. Even though neither squad fields the same quality players as they did year ago, that does not take away from the fact this will be an exciting clash between two old rivals, who will look to secure their first win of the tournament.
Alliance are entering this match as heavy underdogs, which is understandable, as they recently parted ways with Neta "33" Shapira, Adrian "Fata" Trinks and are fielding a stand-in player Andreas "Xibbe" Ragnemalm. With those changes, they're clearly weaker than they were a few weeks ago, however, we don't believe Team Liquid should be priced as low as 1.41. Not only are Liquid severely overrated on its own, as they have achieved nothing since they lost their TI roster, but it's also worth mentioning that this is an online tournament, where underdogs tend to shine more. Alliance is still expected to struggle to win the series, as they have an incomplete roster, however, they should be more than capable of winning at least one map against the shaky Liquid. A 2-1 win for Liquid should be on the cards, while an upset 2-1 win for Alliance is not entirely out of the question.
Mousesports vs Natus Vincere
CS:GO ESL Pro League Season 11 Europe
Last time mousesports and Natus Vincere met on the server was back in February during ICE Challenge 2020, when mouz defeated Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and company with 3-1. A lot has changed since, namely NaVi's title-winning run at IEM Katowice, where they proved they are one of the best, if not the best team in the scene as of now. Additionally, the first match between these two sides was a LAN debut for NaVi's youngest addition Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy, so perhaps we should give NaVi some slack for their less-than-impressive 1-3 loss.
Historically, these two sides match up nicely, which usually results in close matches. Although NaVi sit at the top of world rankings as of April 2020, mouz are not a team to underestimate, as they have their flashes of greatness. What's more, both teams seem to be in great shape ahead of this bout and share a somewhat similar map pool which indicates we might be looking at yet another close series that should go the distance. Expect a three-map series this Tuesday.
