The 2026 LIV Golf season reaches its conclusion this weekend as the league returns to The Club at Chatham Hills for the LIV Golf Indianapolis Championships. We also arrive at the finale in outstanding tipping form, having picked the winner at each of the past two events with Lucas Herbert saluting in the United Kingdom before Joaquin Niemann delivered for us in New York.

LIV Golf Indianapolis Betting Tips
The Club at Chatham Hills, Thursday 20 - Sunday 23 August
The Field
Rahm's remarkable consistency has already settled the biggest individual prize, with two victories and four runner-up finishes giving him an unassailable 218.34-point advantage over DeChambeau. The Crushers captain is guaranteed a top-three finish but can still be passed for second, while Niemann enters Indianapolis third after claiming his second win of the season and record ninth LIV Golf title at Bedminster.
Herbert is only 12.25 points behind Niemann following victories in Virginia and the United Kingdom, while Hatton needs to win this week to have any chance of climbing onto the podium. Recent form among the leading contenders has been exceptional, with the past three tournaments producing wire-to-wire champions through Hatton in Andalucía, Herbert in the UK and Niemann in New York.
Sebastián Muñoz also deserves plenty of attention as the defending champion. The Colombian opened last year's tournament with an extraordinary 12-under 59 featuring a LIV Golf-record 14 birdies before eventually defeating Rahm in a playoff. The team competition adds another layer, with Legion XIII defending its title against the likes of Crushers GC, Ripper GC and 4Aces GC, while Muñoz and Niemann's consistent Torque GC lineup will also be firmly in contention.
The Course
The Club at Chatham Hills hosts LIV Golf for the second consecutive season, although players will encounter a slightly different test this time around. The Pete Dye design will play as a par 70 measuring 7,273 yards, with its rolling terrain, wooded sections and water features providing the backdrop for the final event of the season.
Several significant changes have been introduced following last year's debut. The routing has been shifted, with last year's 18th becoming the opening hole and the previous 17th now serving as the finishing hole. The eighth will also play as a par 4 rather than a par 5, reducing the overall par from 71 to 70 and potentially making scoring slightly more difficult despite what Muñoz achieved here last season.
There will still be opportunities to attack. The 11th is expected to become drivable at some stage during the tournament, while the finishing hole could be moved forward to bring the green within reach in two. Chatham Hills clearly has birdies available when players are dialled in, but Dye's strategic design should punish poor positioning and provide an interesting combination of risk and reward across four rounds.

Tyrrell Hatton
Hatton needs to win to have any chance of forcing his way onto the season-long podium, so there will be no shortage of motivation this weekend. He has already won at Andalucía this season and has four top-five finishes, while his wire-to-wire victory at Valderrama demonstrated just how difficult he can be to chase down when his ball-striking clicks. Another aggressive performance could put him firmly in the Indianapolis title picture.
Lucas Herbert
We backed Herbert successfully in the United Kingdom and there is every reason to keep him onside for the finale. The Australian has won twice this season and sits only 12.25 points behind Niemann for third in the Individual standings, while victory could even elevate him into second. His length should unlock plenty of opportunities around Chatham Hills, and he arrives with both strong form and significant motivation to cap an excellent season with another trophy.
