They will want to improve upon their 33 missed tackles but there are plenty of pleasing signs ahead for this team.
An agonising loss
Clinging to a mathematical chance of playing in the Finals, the Tigers saw their hopes dashed in their 34-28 loss to the Cowboys at home. In an exciting contest, the Tigers couldn’t hold on, conceding 3 tries in the final 15 minutes to lose the match. It was always going to be tough for them with just 48% possession and a 76% completion rate. Still managing 9.3m per carry, they had 6 line breaks but were poor defensively.
