AFL Round 11 is the last full nine-match round until Round 17, as the next five weeks will all include byes. The round kicks off on Thursday night with Hawthorn taking on Adelaide in Tasmania. Friday night footy will include two matches once again, headlined by the Dreamtime at the 'G clash between Richmond and Essendon. All eyes will be on Scott Pendlebury on Saturday as he breaks the AFL Games Played record when the Magpies take on the Eagles as one of four matches for the day. Finally, the round comes to an end on Sunday with a double-header.

It’s time for the Group one Queensland Oaks whilst the QLD Carnival continues. The card is filled with 9 races and the feature is the G1 in Race 8, but accompanied by the Group 2 Moreton Cup in Race 9.
