2023 AFL Round 11 Expert Tips
Friday May 26th

Sydney and Carlton will begin Round 11 with a clash at the SCG on Friday night. Both teams are in need of a win to stay in touch with the top eight, which should make for an exciting battle to begin the weekend. Watch this match on Kayo!
Saturday May 27th

Super Saturday in Round 11 begins in Melbourne with a battle between the Saints and the Hawks under the roof at Marvel Stadium. The Saints are looking to regather their form that saw them sit on top of the ladder a couple of weeks ago, while the Hawks will be looking to gain some more valuable experience for their youngsters.

Premiership fancies Melbourne will look to continue their good form when they host Fremantle at the home of footy in the second game of Saturday's five-match slate. However, the Dockers have shown great improvement in their form in recent weeks and will be confident they can test the Demons and potentitally steal the four points.

The Giants find themselves facing arguably the toughest test in football this weekend when they head to the Cattery to take on the reigning premiers. Deservingly so, the Cats will start as the heavy favourites for this encounter, although their lengthg injury list is a little cause for concern.

Gold Coast are showing some life in 2023 and will continue their quest for a top eight spot in one of two Saturday night matches. The Bulldogs will come to town and attempt to spoil the party and are very much capable of doing so in the form they've shown over the past month.

Essendon seeminlgly have an easy kill on their hands in Round 11 when they travel west to take on the lowly Eagles. However, the Bombers don't always do it the easy way and often find themselves in sticky situations. It'll be interesting to see how this one plays out!
Sunday May 28th

Arguably the match of the round will be played on early Sunday with Richmond taking on Port Adelaide at the MCG. The Tigers rejuvenated their season with a big win over the Cats a couple of weeks ago and now have a chance to take another scalp in the Power.

The red-hot Magpies have shown great consitency with their form and effort this season and now take on a Kangaroos outfit that have shown anything but. It looks a one-sided contest on paper - can to Kangaroos make this an interesting match under the Marvel roof?

Closing out another weekend of football will be Adelaide vs Brisbane at the Adelaide Oval. The Crows have proven incredibly hard to beat at home and the Lions have struggled a touch on the road. Any way you look at it, this should be a cracking match to finish Round 11.
