With Gloucester Park racing on Saturday afternoon this weekend, our attention turns to Narrogin harness racing on Friday night.
We've picked out our best three bets on the card below!
Expect gate speed from (2) Night Manoeuvres and (4) Looks Official with the latter likely to lead during the race. The Peter Anderson-trained 3YO filly has been placed at her last two at Wagin and Pinjarra. She chased home The Kraken in the latest as he slipped home in 56.5 seconds. Four starts ago Looks Official was beaten 2.7m by Arma Veyron in a bunched finish at Narrogin when running fifth over the 1823m. (7) Watch Me React and (9) She Said Diamonds are the main dangers.
My Rated Price: $2.70
A bit of a class drop for (6) Mega Moolah who has good gate speed and capable of running strong sectionals against this field. (3) Manhattan Billy and (4) Raging Romeo can show early speed beneath Mega Moolah. I’m not sure if Manhattan Billy will hold or surrender if he finds the pegs first but Raging Romeo wouldn’t be relinquishing the top. Mega Moolah chased home Ideal Liner at Bunbury last start in what became a sprint home. His form all season has been good and he should go very close against this opposition. (8) Lil China Doll is also in the hunt.
My Rated Price: $2.00
Standing-start racing in the country is a wonderful sight and very keen on (2) Ultimate Offer off a 10m handicap. This horse has a bit on the front, 10m and 20m lines and would be competitive against the 30-60m line in a mobile race. The head-start that Ultimate Offer receives here could prove the difference for the Dennis Roche-trained 4YO gelding. Driver Dylan Egerton-Green will be searching for the lead and if he gets a clean getaway, Ultimate Offer should prove hard to stop. This is his first time behind the tapes but has won a trial under these conditions and $2.60 looks value.
My Rated Price: $1.90

Sunday afternoon at McDonald Jones Stadium gives us a revenge spot with a total I’m happy to attack. The Knights host the Tigers after being beaten 42-22 by Wests in Campbelltown earlier this season, and Newcastle should be desperate to make amends in front of their home crowd.
Sunday afternoon at GIO Stadium gives us a bottom-of-the-table clash between the Raiders and Dragons, and it is not exactly a game I’m keen to get heavily involved in. Check out our analysis and top tips here.
The concluding game on NRL Super Saturday delivers a heated rivalry between the Sea Eagles and Storm. Known for the bitter history between them, neither team will want to give their opponents an edge.
Saturday evening at Queensland Country Bank Stadium gives us a matchup where the side market looks pretty close to right, but the game shape still offers a betting angle. The Panthers are sitting around -12.5, and that is almost exactly where I make it.
NRL Super Saturday begins with a blockbuster contest in Brisbane between the Dolphins and Warriors. A traditional top-of-the-table clash with the NRL Finals on the horizon sets the stage for an epic contest.

Sunday evening at Allianz Stadium closes the round with one of the toughest games to handicap. We bring you our comprehensive Roosters vs Sharks preview and betting tips right here!
Sunday afternoon at AAMI Park gives us a desperate matchup between the Storm and Raiders, and the best angle sits with the total. The number is around 50.5, but I make this closer to 42.5, and the likely game script points heavily toward a grind.
