ESports Betting Tips: Tuesday, September 15th
HellRaisers vs B8
BTS Pro Series Season 3: Europe/CIS
Even though HellRaisers are not as strong as they used to be, they should have a fairly easy time winning this match, considering they are facing B8 who are visibly struggling with their performances. B8 underperformed in almost all fixtures they have played across the last month and even though they can have their moments of greatness, B8 rarely manage to close out the series they're involved in.
It's fair to mention B8 have defeated HellRaisers once before (2-1) during ESL One Los Angeles: EU & CIS in April, but have since lost 0-2 twice - once during WePlay! Pushka League S1 D1 in May and most recently during OMEGA League: EU Divine at the end of August.
Upsets are a fairly common occurrence in online play, but since B8 are looking progressively worse, my money is on HellRaisers to win without any problems. Bet on HellRaisers!
Team Empire vs B8
BTS Pro Series Season 3: Europe/CIS
Even though Team Empire are objectively weaker than HellRaisers, it's very difficult to understand why they are priced at 2.05 to defeat B8. As mentioned, B8 are not a team you would expect to cause problems to any tier-2 team and we don't see how Team Empire are an exception to that rule.
Team Empire and B8 last met just over two weeks ago during OMEGA League: EU Divine, where Empire won 2-0. Since then, Team Empire did not play many games meaning we can expect some ring rust. Nevertheless, the quality difference here is too big for me to consider betting on a draw or a +0.5 map handicap on B8. Bet on Team Empire to sweep B8 and extend their head-to-head record to a perfect 2-0!
Ninjas in Pyjamas vs Khan
BTS Pro Series Season 3: Europe/CIS
Ninjas in Pyjamas and Khan last met at the start of the month during OMEGA League: EU Divine, where NiP secured a comfortable 2-0 win. That was also their only H2H bout in their history and since it took place less than two weeks ago, it's a solid indicator of how this match will play out.
Ninjas in Pyjamas have been struggling to consistently win games across the last 30 days, but they had to face much stronger opponents, including OG, Team Liquid, Team Secret and other squads of similar quality. On that note, I must mention that NiP defeated Team Liquid (2-1), Cyber Legacy (2-0) and even forced FlyToMoon to three maps (1-2), which are all solid results and much better to anything Khan have produced recently.
Khan, on the other side, saw far more success in their recent competitive endeavours, but they also played significantly weaker teams than NiP. Even though Khan's record is impressive, it's hard to be too optimistic about this side following their 1-1 draw with mudgolems.
I don't have a problem with NiP being priced as the favourites but I feel like NiP are severely underrated at 2.07. Take advantage of the high odds and bet on NiP to win!
