LIV Golf UK Betting Tips
JCB Golf & Country Club, Thursday 23 - Sunday 26 July
The Field
Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau once again headline a stacked LIV field, but there is no shortage of challengers capable of lifting the trophy. Niemann has already proven he can tame JCB Golf & Country Club after last year's victory, while Tyrrell Hatton returns to home soil with Legion XIII carrying the hottest team form into the week.
Australia's Lucas Herbert has quietly established himself as one of LIV's most consistent performers this season, while Talor Gooch returns to a venue that should suit his controlled tee-to-green game. Sergio Garcia, Abraham Ancer, Cameron Smith and Brooks Koepka all possess the pedigree to contend, making this one of the deepest fields of the LIV campaign.
The team competition should also provide plenty of intrigue. Legion XIII enters the week atop the team power rankings after a string of excellent performances, while Crushers GC, Torque GC and Fireballs GC all have enough firepower to challenge on a course that rewards depth throughout the lineup.
The Course
JCB Golf & Country Club has quickly become one of the standout venues on the LIV schedule. Set in the English countryside, the course combines generous fairways with heavily bunkered landing areas, strategic water hazards and undulating greens that place a premium on precise approach play.
While players will have opportunities to attack throughout the week, the layout has consistently rewarded those who excel from tee to green rather than relying purely on the putter. The closing stretch is particularly demanding, often producing dramatic swings late on Sunday.
With the course hosting LIV Golf for a third straight season, many players now have valuable experience around JCB Golf & Country Club. Those familiar with its subtle green complexes and risk-reward opportunities should hold a slight advantage as they chase one of the final individual titles before the business end of the season.
LIV Golf UK Best Bets
Bryson DeChambeau
DeChambeau continues to produce elite golf week after week and remains one of the most dangerous players on LIV. His combination of power and improved iron play makes him an ideal fit for JCB Golf & Country Club, while his ability to dominate par 5s gives him numerous scoring opportunities. After another strong showing at The Open, expect Bryson to contend once again.
Lucas Herbert
Herbert has quietly pieced together one of the strongest seasons of his professional career. The Australian's driving has been exceptional throughout 2026, and when his putter warms up he is capable of going toe-to-toe with anyone in this field. His balanced game suits JCB Golf & Country Club perfectly and he shapes as an excellent chance to claim another LIV victory.
LIV Golf UK Value Bets
Abraham Ancer
Ancer's accuracy and elite iron play make him a natural fit for this venue. The Mexican has consistently given himself birdie chances throughout the season and rarely beats himself with mistakes. If the putter cooperates, he has every chance of featuring on the first page of the leaderboard.
Talor Gooch
Gooch has shown repeatedly that he thrives on strategic golf courses where positioning outweighs brute force. His all-round consistency and proven ability to contend on the LIV circuit make him an appealing value selection this week, particularly on a course where patience and precision are rewarded.
