Warwick Farm Racing Tips: Wednesday, January 10th 2024
Race 3: Buy An Arrowfield Graduate BM72 1400m - 3:30pm (AEDT)
(1) Bowery Breeze $9.50/$2.35: 7YO mare who drops back to 1400m and back to BM72 grade now after finding last outing too tough. Two runs back competed well over this trip/grade carrying 59kg and got the chocolates. Gets a claim this time which puts her at 58kg. so drops 1kg off that win. Draws pole and tends to get back, so hoping from that gate she can slot in with cover for the trip and be just off the pace. With luck she should be hitting the line strongly late. Rock hard fit now too. **Duel Acceptor and may run in Race 5**
(4) Hell Hath No Fury $2.00: 4YO mare who was unlucky last start getting caught behind other runners, but found the line nicely once the gap appeared. Draws well and remains at the same wight with J Collett securing the ride. Goes well.
(7) Miss Lenorr $12/$2.70: Roughie chance who narrowly missed out last start at big odds. Up in grade now, but gets 3.5kg off her back. Good 1400m record and gets a nice booking with McEvoy. Roughie chance
(1) Bowery Breeze E/W

Race 4: Tab BM72 1000m - 4:05pm (AEDT)
(5) Temple Run $5.50/$2.10: 9YO veteran we tipped last start, but couldn’t find that TOF he showed two runs back. Happy to forgive that and have another crack here. Same weight/class, but gets Collett in the saddle. Draws a nice gate and should settle midfield with cover allowing for him to launch late. Good each way chance.
(4) Major Time $10/$3.10: 8YO Gelding who has had a terrific preparation so far where he hasn’t missed the trifecta. He should only be fitter for this run, but meets slightly tougher opponents in NSW now which will be interesting. Will be in it for the majority of the race.
(9) Welcome Gypsy $4.40: Early market favourite who was solid last start at Randwick in this grade/trip. Must be respected here.
(5) Temple Run E/W
$5.50/$2.10 (1 Unit)
Race 6: James Squire BM72 1400m - 5:15pm (AEDT)
(6) Atlantic Ocean $7.00/$2.50: 4YO gelding who won well over this trip two back before taking on tougher company at Randwick over 1500m. Only finished 2L behind MONFELICITY who is a classy type. Back to 1400m now and midweek racing. Proven over this track and trip. Worth thought at an each way go.
(7) Vinnie’s Spirit $5/$2.00: 4YO who we tipped last start and he was plonked by punters and the help of scratching’s, but failed to fire on the heavy deck. He was too far back and never got into it there. Happy to forgive and worth another thought on the two previous outings. Will need luck from the wide draw, but if he can jump well and dictate the race he is a main danger.
(10) Sumo Star $12/$3.50: Roughie of the field who has shown ability, but finds it hard to win. Should be rock hard fit for this and will be around the mark at odds.
