Sea Eagles vs Broncos Prediction & Tips: 2025 NRL Round 13
Time to Lift
The Sea Eagles are in a bad situation. Their performance last week against the Eels was abysmal, with several players caught out on both sides of the ball. A drastic change is needed; even with a larger share of possession and an 87% completion rate, they were scoreless in the second half. They were defeated in all key statistics and now face several matches without their key players.
Buck the Trend, Silence the Doubters
Everything is being questioned at the Broncos and their horrible upset loss (26-30) over the Dragons didn’t help their cause. Their completion rate (72%) had a lot to do with it; they managed to make more metres and more PCM’s, as well as significantly more line breaks (7 vs 3). The eventual outcome is not good enough of such a talented team.
Stats That Matter
This year, the Sea Eagles and Broncos appear evenly matched in both attack and defence. The Sea Eagles average 23 points per game (ppg) in attack compared to the Broncos' 26 ppg, while defensively, the Broncos concede slightly more points at 22 ppg compared to the Sea Eagles' 21 ppg. Despite rarely playing at this venue, the Broncos have a poor record here, winning only two out of nine attempts (22% win rate), whereas the Sea Eagles boast a strong 61% home win record. When these two teams clash, blowout victories are common, with their last five matches seeing an average winning margin of 27 points.
Broncos to Make a Statement
If the Broncos cannot win a game like this, coming off a poor loss and facing a team missing quality players, they don’t deserve to feature in the Finals. All players are expected to back up from Origin and other than a poor record at this ground, the Broncos are value at the price offered. It will be a test of just how capable and resilient this team is. The Sea Eagles were poor in several areas last week, most notably, their defensive structure was amiss. Sharp improvement is required if they are to perform well here and that appears to be beyond them.

Sea Eagles vs Broncos Same Game Multi
Leg 1 = Broncos H2H – this option speaks for itself and adds plenty of value to a SGM.
Leg 2 = Total Points Over 46.5 – the average between these two sides is just 42.5 points but the average of each team this season indicates that this total should be surpassed.
Leg 3 = Arthurs to score – for the leading Broncos try scorer this season (11 tries), $2.30 seems ridiculously high for a key attacking weapon. He is a threat both in the air and on the ground and has proven capable of finishing sweeping attacking movements with class.
