Race 4: 3&4YO Bm72 Hcp – 1400m (13:15 AEST)
(3) Kangaroo Court deserves favouritism here off the back of beating Howgoodareyou in this grade last start. That runner up won on Wednesday in impressive fashion which boosts confidence for this runner.
(4) Tashi is next best in the race off the back of a 3rd placing behind Petulant and Waverider Buoy who are in good form and good benchmarks for this grade.
(9) Dakota Vroom was below par last start but may have just bounced after a solid win 1st up. She’s drawn well here so in with a solid hope.
(3) Kangaroo Court - Win

Race 5: F&M Bm78 Hcp – 1200m (13:50 AEST)
(2) Waverider Buoy was 2nd last start and won the start prior. He’s flying and gets James McDonald aboard this time. Drawn wide but will get back and hopefully capitalise off what looks like a strong tempo on the speedmap.
(9) Lovero won last start at Gosford and has earned her shot in city company. Barrier 4 looks good for her so she shouldn’t be too far away.
(3) Petulant will lead or settle close to the speed here from gate 3. She’s going well but did have the run of the race last time to beat a luckless Waverider Buoy. Expect the tables to turn.

Race 6: Bm78 Hcp – 1350m (14:25 AEST)
(2) Soami gives no indication he’s going to perform poorly on Saturday having won his last 2 races at bm72 level. This is a step up but he gets 1.5kg off with Zac Lloyd aboard and should get a nice run from gate 5 at an e/w price.
(3) King Of Naples is the horse going the best and the one to beat. He’s drawn wide this time and is short in the market so doesn’t look like value this time around.
(5) Regal Pom placed in bm80 company to end last prep and was flying throughout that preparation. He returns here with Ryan Maloney aboard from Qld and can run well from the gun draw.
