Randwick Racing Tips: Wednesday, June 11th 2025
Race 1: Tab Mdn Hcp 1150m – 1:25pm (AEST)
(1) Cold Brew: Resuming 3YO gelding who has showed promise with three seconds in his four career runs. Spelled and is returning with two handy trials under his belt. Expecting him to have only improved and he looks ready to break maiden this time in. James McDonald jumps into the saddle for the first time and with the nice draw he looks every chance.
(2) Stardeel: 3YO Gelding who has been sound in all of his career runs. Trialled well and with the combo of Parr for Baker he will have some followers. Draws a wide gate, so will need some luck, but looks a nice type.
(8) Albany Road: 2YO Colt who Waterhouse & Bott debuted last campaign in open grade and he finished 6L off the winner. Tipped out after that run and has trilled superbly on two occasions leading in to this first up run. Stable is bullish and the early market push boosts confidence. Draws well and Tim Clark steers. Chance.
(1) Cold Brew
$2.80 (2 units)
Race 5: Hellbent @ Yarraman Park BM72 1400m – 3:45pm (AEST)
(1) Super Nui: 3YO Filly who is looking for a hat-trick of wins here. She has been racing terrifically all prep and has to be considered again here. Most recently she was very impressive winning at Hawksbury in BM68 grade by 3L. She is a mudlark and with the wet track still in play she has to be considered.
(2) Toes in the Water: 4YO Mare who we were with last start and she wasn’t disgraced finishing only 1.4L off the winner. She remains at BM72 grade, but gets out in trip which looks suited for this second up run. She loves the wet and gets a lovely draw with Keatings claiming 3kg on top. She looks over the odds. Goes well.
(8) Lowlands: 4YO Mare who has been improving on each run this campaign. She is rock hard fit and gets in nicely with Nock claiming 2kg along with the nice draw from barrier 2. Early market push boosts confidence. Chance.
(2) Toes In The Water E/W
$10.00/$2.70 (1u/2u e/w)
Race 6: All Too Hard @ Vinery Stud BM72 1400m - 4:20pm (AEST)
(2) Mortlake: 4YO Gelding who is making his debut run in Australia and for Bjorn Baker. He went for a nice price and his UK form isn’t the worst with sole win coming over this distance. He has had three trials, so should have a nice level of fitness to tackle this first up. Value.
(3) Florino: 5YO gelding who is returning from a let up, but his first up run was solid finishing 3rd in a Class 4. Strips fitter now and has good wet track form. Terrific second up record and gets in nicely with Nock claiming 2kg on top. Looks a nice each way play.
(4) Inside Man: 3YO Gelding who rates nicely on top here with a 3kg claim engaged. She was sound when resuming over 1200m at Kembla before knuckling down last start to win over 1250m at Canterbury on the heavy deck. The rise in trip looks suited for this third up run and with the low draw he has no excuse. On top.
(4) Inside Man E/W
$5.00/$2.00 (1u/2u e/w)
