(2) Nana’s Wish $2.80: 4YO mare who has had early market support and looks the one to beat here. She has good wet track form and gets down in class after a narrow defeat last start. Draws pole and will be able to dictate the race up front with Collett in the saddle to steer.
(3) Sophias Magic $15.00/$3.40: Roughie in the race who was far from disgraced first up and then found nothing in the most recent run. Drops in grade now and if she shows anything like she did in her first up run, she will be around the mark.
(2) Nana’s Wish

Race 5: Ole Kirk First Yearlings BM72 1400m - 4:40pm (AEDT)
(7) Vinnies Spirit $3.00: l4YO who is on the quick back up and looks overdue a win. He has wet track form and is worth another shout here. Draws a nice gate and expect him to be out in front for a long time. D-Day.
(4) Bat Out Of Hell $7.00: Value pick in the field who is also proven on the heavy track. Has good form over 1400m and when running second up. Should only be fitter for this and worth thought at odds.
(10) Gunship $23/$4.80: Won last time when third up and must respect the stable. Fitter third up now and can play a role at big odds.

Race 7: Tab BM64 1100m - 5:50pm (AEDT)
(12) The Black Cloud $2.80: 3YO filly who impressed on debut where she was plonked late and won by 2L. That was on a soft track, so confident she can go on with it here on the heavy. Draws wide, but expect her to be running on late. Goes well.
(2) Satin And Silk $10/$3.10: 3YO filly who has been in terrific form this prep with 2 wins and a second. Latest won by almost 2L in this grade. Up in weight now, but still demands respect and will only be fitter. Each way chance.
(1) Gently Road $8.50/$2.80: 4YO mare resuming today after a terrific prep last time round. Untested on the heavy track, but has performed on the SOFT. Every chance first up here with a key booking of James McDonald in the saddle.
