Race 4: Victory Hcp (C5) – 1650m (22:15 AEST)
(2) Yee Cheong Warrior can win this race quite easily after the performance he produced last start to narrowly lose on the line. Will get a solid run from an inside gate and should get every chance under Hugh Bowman.
(3) Right Honourable has Zac Purton aboard and gets his 2nd run in C5 here. His record speaks for itself over this trip and he should be right in the finish.

Race 7: Racing Spirit Hcp (C3) – 1650m (23:45 AEST)
(2) Romantic Laos looks well-placed here with Zac Purton aboard to go back-to-back after a clinical display 1st up. He’s drawn well and finds a weak race compared to how he appears to be travelling.
(4) Outgate is also drawn well here in gate 1 with the big claim of Angus Chung. Should be able to give this race a shake if he gets out at the right time off the rail.

Race 8: Speedy Hcp (C3) – 1200m (00:15 AEST)
(3) Wonder Kit is overs here even at the current short odds. He went around a 3.2 favourite 1st up from a wide gate with a lot against him. He’s fitter now with a better draw and Zac Purton to ride. Main dangers are drawn double figure barriers.
(1) Dragon’s Luck is drawn too wide to be backing here but he’s going well and with a favourable run where he’s able to slot in midfield, I see him performing well.
