Keen on a few short runners at Happy Valley on Wednesday night including a horse by the name of Happy Together who can’t stop winning of late. High-quality races on the card, and I’ll be watching closely with my eyes set on a few horses mentioned here. Check out our best bets below and good luck if following!
Happy Valley Racing Tips: Wednesday, February 21st 2024
Race 2: Shan Kwong Hcp (C1) - 1650m (21:10 AEST)
(2) Happy Together was completely luckless last time and has scorched the turf in all other runs this prep. He’ll get a great chance here, loves Happy Valley and is well-drawn. Should win.
(4) Dancing Code is quite short. He might be slow away and find a tricky position early and there’s no guarantee he measures up to the likes of Happy Together.
(1) Telecom Fighters is the sole leader here. He may be able to capitalise on that and put himself in the race for a long way. Let’s see.

Race 4: Singapore Pools Hcp (C1) - 1200m (22:10 AEST)
(3) Son Pak Fu left his run far too late in the G1 last start. He was already being overtaken by horses when Jerry Chau decided to get the horse going and by that stage the momentum of the race had escaped him. Easier here.
(6) Bundle of Charm is a danger and has been identified as such by the market. Not keen on his winning chances though.
(8) Tomodachi Kokoroe is another danger that the market has recognised but not one i’d be giving any real chances to against this favourite.
(3) Son Pak Fu win

Race 9: King Kwong Hcp (C3) - 1000m (00:50 AEST)
(5) Happy United looks well placed here after winning in the same company last start. He shouldn’t be contested for the lead here which means he can control this race and kick away in the home straight.
(3) Heroic Master was closest last time to knocking over this favourite but he was poor in a race since. Good draw but will need to jump better than usual to make use of it.
(4) Ka Ying Spirit typically flies fresh and can get a solid run from the low draw here. One at big odds that is worth keeping in mind.
(5) Happy United win
