Top Esports vs Oh My God
LPL 2021 Summer
Top Esports secured their spot in the playoffs on the Suning's loss against Rare Atom. They're 8-6 on the season and ninth in the standings, one spot below their next opponents, Oh My God, who have managed nine wins from 15 series (9-6).
Since both teams are already through into the playoffs, there is a chance that they'll play a bit lose. Still, I have to put a bit more faith into numbers and not get caught thinking that both teams will underperform.
Even though Oh My God managed to win more games than Top Esports this season, it's obvious that Top are a much stronger team. There is no debating that.
Oh My God have had some solid showings, but they're unfortunate enough to face Top Esports, who have recently suffered a humiliating loss against Ultra Prime, and need to get right before the playoffs.
We have seen before what Top Esports can do when they're »on«, and simply by looking at the names on their roster, it should be very clear that this is an elite-level team. Just as a reminder, Top Esports made it to the semi-finals of the 2020 LoL World Championship.
Top Esports are priced at 2.18 to defeat Oh My God in straight maps, which is a bet I'm ready to take. They might have been somewhat unconvincing this season, but with playoffs just around the corner, Top Esports need to get back into the winning rhythm.

Royal Never Give Up vs Team WE
LPL 2021 Summer
Royal Never Give Up are now playing extremely well, following a very scrappy start of the split. Team WE, on the other side, have been consistently mediocre.
Team WE is are known for making very questionable plays, which often sees them underperform against much weaker teams. They have consistently underdelivered as favourites, however, Team WE also seem to perform much better as underdogs.
This is an exciting stylistic matchup. Royal Never Give Up are like Edward Gaming, FunPlus Phoenix, and Bilibili Gaming a team that excels in taking advantage of teams that make poor decisions. By that logic, RNG should demolish Team WE, who are not exactly known for clean games.
On the other side, Team WE tend to outperform themselves when playing against better teams and only really look bad when faced with bottom-table teams. Despite that, I am not convinced with Team WE.
They might put up a fight on Tuesday, but Royal Never Give Up are just too good, and it doesn't help that RNG have been improving recently. Take Royal Never Give Up to take care of business.

Motivate.Trust Gaming vs T1
BTS Pro Series Season 7 SEA
Motivate.Trust Gaming will play T1 in the second round of BTS Pro Series Season 7: Southeast Asia. These two teams last met in December 2020, when T1 won with 2-0 and looking at the betting odds, they are expected to repeat that success here. However, I have my doubts T1 will achieve that.
T1 are the sixth-highest rated team on the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) standings, which ranks them above Vici Gaming, Team Secret, Team Aster, and Alliance. Motivate.Trust Gaming are not even on the ladder.
Even though T1 are a significantly better team, they likely don't care too much about this tournament or winning the largest slice of a relatively low $50,000 prize pool. T1 have their eyes set on The International 10 where they'll have a shot at the grand prize of $18.2 million.
This might seem like a weird way to look at this match, but if you look at T1's loss against Galaxy Racer (0-2) on Monday, it was clear that they don't care about placing well in this tournament. This is a bold prediction, but at 5.80, you have to take a shot with Motivate.Trust Gaming to defeat T1.
