Natus Vincere vs Ninjas in Pyjamas
BLAST Premier: Fall 2020
These two teams last clashed two months ago during the ESL One Cologne 2020, when Ninjas in Pyjamas upset Natus Vincere 2-0 with 16-9 on Overpass and 16-3 on Train. For NiP, Hampus "hampus" Poser shone the brightest with 45 frags and 1.53 HLTV rating, however, he was not the only shining star in his team with all four of his teammates ending the series with ratings of 1.17 or over.
On the side of NaVi, all five players disappointed. Their best-performing individual was Aleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev who ended the series with 31 frags and a rather poor 0.95 HLTV rating
Despite their lacklustre performance against NiP last time out, NaVi are entering this bout priced as the favourites. That makes perfect sense if we consider that NaVi are 8-2 up in H2H matches with NiP, however, that does not make me believe NaVi are guaranteed to win.
NaVi have shown they're not as efficient in online play as they are on LAN and will on top of that have to play without Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy who got infected with COVID-19. This will give NiP a perfect opportunity to cause another upset and since the Swedes usually do well into teams with a lot of firepower, there is definitely a chance we might see NiP triumph again. Bet on Ninjas to hand NaVi another loss!
Evil Geniuses vs OG
BLAST Premier: Fall 2020
Last time out (February 2019), OG defeated Evil Geniuses 2-1. EG claimed the series lead with 16-4 on Train, but fell apart in the final two maps of the series and lost on Mirage (3-16) and Inferno (14-16).
Even though it was a well-deserved win for OG, I would not put too much weight on that game, since it took place quite a while ago. Since February, a lot has changed, but most importantly, EG became one of the strongest teams in the world, while OG remained mostly the same squad as they were back then.
Another problem I have with OG is that they're a very unpredictable team. Yes, they can take down some of the biggest names in the scene, but they're equally capable of losing matches against much weaker sides.
OG are by no means a bad team, but looking at the odds, EG are very overpriced. Evil Geniuses are objectively a much stronger team than OG and arguably the best North American team at the moment. This should be an effortless W for Evil Geniuses, who might even come away with a clean sweep. Bet on Evil Geniuses to win!

4Zoomers vs Quincy Crew
DOTA Summit Online 13: Americas
4Zoomers met with Quincy Crew 15 times in 2020, won five series, drew one and lost nine. Despite their rather poor head-to-head record, 4Zoomers still managed to produce a fairly solid 41.03% win map win rate (16-23), which could suggest this match has the potential to be a close one.
Still, we can't ignore that Quincy Crew won all of the last three meetings with 4Zoomers and five of the last six with an 11-3 map differential. Additionally, Quincy Crew are still unbeaten at the DOTA Summit Online 13: Americas with two convincing 2-0 wins against Plasma1337x VitaPLUR gum and the current frontrunners catJAMMERS.
4Zoomers have played three games so far and produced a 1-2-0 record with a win against Plasma1337x VitaPLUR gum and two stalemates against catJAMMERS and Team Zero. Those are by no means terrible results, but 4Zoomers should have shown a bit more for me to consider they are capable of upsetting the OMEGA League: Americas Divine Division finalists.
Even though 4Zoomers have the quality to secure a top-four finish and a direct bye into the upper bracket playoffs, I don't have any confidence they can defeat the no.28 team in the world. Bet on Quincy Crew to win!
