Esports Betting Tips: Monday, March 14th
SKADE vs Wisla Krakow
Pinnacle Winter Series 3
The last time these two teams met was about two months ago during the first Pinnacle Winter Series when SKADE won 2-1. The Bulgarian squad took the series lead with 16-11 on Ancient, Wisla struck back with 16-8 on Nuke, and SKADE sealed the deal with a dominant 16-3 win on Overpass.
Denislav 'dennyslaw' Dimitrov was the best player on the server that day with 58 frags and a 1.18 HLTV rating. On the side of Wisla Krakow, it was Michał 'snatchie' Rudzki who was their best performer with a 1.14 HLTV rating and 49 frags.
SKADE are priced around 1.66 to win this match, which is fair. They are not a much better team, but it is hard to argue with their past results against Wisla Krakow; winning three out of four H2H matches.
There were a few close maps played between these two teams in their previous meetings, so the current odds on SKADE don't offer much value. I expect another close match, so the best bet looks to be on over 2.50 maps.
Endpoint vs GamerLegion
Pinnacle Winter Series 3
Endpoint are priced as favourites to defeat GamerLegion even though they lost their last meeting with GamerLegion in September 2021, during ESEA Premier Season 38 Europe. Endpoint took the series lead with 16-13 on Mirage but couldn't keep up with GamerLegion, who secured a reverse-sweep with 16-8 on Overpass and 16-11 on Ancient.
Alfred 'RuStY' Karlsson was exceptionally impressive on the day for GamerLegion as he managed a total of 69 frags and a 1.41 HLTV rating across three maps. On the side of Endpoint, it was Mohammad 'BOROS' Malhas who was their best performer with 63 frags and a 1.21 HLTV rating.
Endpoint enter this match priced at around 1.50, which definitely overrates them a little. Both teams are riding a two-match winning streak, have a fairly OK winning percentage (GL have won 54% of their matches across the past three months, while Endpoint are at 63% across the past three months), and the talent looks evenly distributed between the two rosters.
The match feels like a total coin-toss; the value is with GamerLegion.
Eternal Fire vs Apeks
Pinnacle Winter Series 3
Eternal Fire and Apeks will clash in a rematch from about a month ago when Eternal Fire won 2-1 during the second Pinnacle Winter Series.
Eternal Fire opened the series with a close 16-13 victory on Vertigo, and Apeks struck back with 16-13 on Mirage to level the series. It all came down to Overpass, where Eternal Fire took a 12-3 HT lead and even though Apeks fought hard to come back in the second half, they couldn't catch up to the Turks, who closed out the series with another 16-3.
Ömer 'imoRR' Karataş was the best player for Eternal Fire that day with 76 frags and a 1.34 HLTV rating. On the side of Apeks, it was Asger 'AcilioN' Larsen with the best figures, 60 frags, and 1.09 HLTV rating.
I don't see a lot of firepower on the side of Apeks, which is my biggest concern with them. Eternal Fire have the likes of Ömer 'imoRR' Karataş, Ismailcan 'XANTARES' Dörtkardeş and Özgür 'woxic' Eker, which should be enough to blow Apeks out of the server by firepower alone.
Bet on the Turkish super team to deliver!
