Two games of AFL this Sunday to wrap up Round 16 action, with both games looking a little lop-sided which might open up opportunities for some heavy AFL fantasy scoring. First up, the Tigers will be hoping to put up a good fight as they welcome the Crows to the MCG. We then head west where the Dockers will host the Saints at Optus Stadium.
As always, this is all about the daily fantasy and this Sunday slate draws another massive $50,000 prize pool at Draftstars in their main contest, plus more qualifiers for the $1 million AFL Star contest! In addition, there are a variety of alternate contests:
AFL $50,000+ Sunday at Draftstars
AFL $5,000+ Sunday High Roller ($150 Entry) at Draftstars
AFL $3,000+ Sunday Mini ($2 Entry) at Draftstars

AFL Daily Fantasy Lineup Tips: Round 16 Sunday
AFL Round 16 Sunday: Where to Attack?
Two one-sided contests are expected on this Sunday slate of matches, so it does offer good opportunity to stack your sides and go with the likely game script.
Adelaide are one of the toughest teams to score against from a fantasy perspective so I would be avoiding any Richmond players to start with. With the Crows as six-goal favourites there will be lots of Adelaide stacks with the Tigers leaking across every position on the ground.
St Kilda have been giving up points recently to general forwards, and do historically give up easy touches to the opposition back half. However the one pivot you could make would be to exploit Fremantle’s tendency to leak points to defenders where they are actually the league worst across the last ten matches.
Game script: Adelaide stacks, Fremantle forwards, St Kilda defenders
AFL Round 16 Sunday: Our Value Fantasy Picks
Alixzader Tauru ($6,000) looked pretty handy on debut last week for the Saints as a strong intercepting defender, scoring a respectable 49 against Collingwood. Gets the gun matchup here against Fremantle who will release and allow the Saints backline to noodle the ball around, so hopefully Tauru can link up for some easy kick-marks at minimum price.
Patrick Voss ($9,520) is one to consider as a value play and I’ll be playing him in the ruck. I think the ruck position looks a bit tricky on this slate with a couple of guys that are hard to rely on, and some job sharing that makes the water a bit murky. Voss looks a real footballer and has some fire that I like. The Saints have not done well restricting general forwards, and although Voss is a good size, he is quite mobile as that 3rd tall in the forward line. Hopefully he can have a big day!
AFL Round 16 Sunday: Our Mid-Priced Fantasy Picks
Callum Wilkie ($12,850) has a tendency to just go large randomly and when he does, you need to be on board. Has popped up with scores of 128 and 123 this season, but scattered around are plenty of scores in the 70s. Definitely a high risk, high reward play, but gets a great matchup for defenders against Fremantle and loves nothing more than getting on the end of some cheap chip kicks in the backline.
Ben Keays ($13,260) is another who is a bit of a high risk, high reward play that is perfect for the big contests on Draftstars. Keays has been good this season, and has three 90+ scores in a row to show some consistency, but he does love an easy goal or three. I expect Keays to be sprinting into a vacant goal square and roost the boost into the second tier of the grand stand on multiple occasions against the poor Tigers. Izak Rankine ($13,750) is another around the same price point who will be happy to cash in and have a big day against a weak opponent.
AFL Round 16 Sunday: Our Premium Fantasy Picks
Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera ($16,420) is now out to a huge salary but he keeps delivering with recent scores of 125, 128, 117 and 134 in his last month. Here he draws the current best matchup in the league for defenders with Fremantle happy to release in their half of the ground. Another ton+ score looks a certainty here. Pivot to Jack Sinclair ($14,970) if you want to save a little budget who you can also play as a midfielder.
Jordan Dawson ($17,150) is the highest salary on the slate with the gun matchup against the lowly Tigers. With a 110.5 average for the season, he’s an obvious premium choice. Could easily score 150+ but perhaps just as easily could be put in cotton wool if the Crows are well ahead. It’s an expensive risk to take.
