The AFL Round 13 Saturday slate brings us a mega three games to work through for daily fantasy. We get underway with Richmond playing Sydney at the MCG. This will be an interesting game given the dismal performace of the Swans last week. Can they bounce back or will the surprising upstart Tigers get another win? Then we get the game of the day with Geelong hosting Gold Coast down at GMHBA. These two sides are currently tied on 32 premiership points in 4th and 5th spot on the ladder, making this the old 8-point game with big finals implications. Finally, the hammer game will be between GWS Giants and Port Adelaide at the Corroboree Group Oval in Manuka.
As always, this is all about the daily fantasy and this Saturday slate draws another massive $50,000 prize pool at Draftstars in their main contest, as well as qualifiers for the $1 million AFL Star contest. In addition, there are a variety of alternate contests:
AFL $50,000+ Saturday at Draftstars
AFL $5,000+ Saturday High Roller ($150 Entry) at Draftstars
AFL $3,000+ Saturday Mini ($2 Entry) at Draftstars

AFL Daily Fantasy Lineup Tips: Round 13 Saturday
AFL Round 13 Saturday: Where to Attack?
Richmond continue to be one of the best teams to target this season, which is no shock given they are sitting 16th with just 3 wins. They are giving up just under 4 points above league average to key forwards and the second most points to general forwards. It's backs that are doing the most damage against them though, as they give up the most points in the league to attacking half backs and designated kicks.
In this matchup, however, they will face Sydney who are also giving up plenty of fantasy points. The Swans giving up the third most to inside midfielders and above average points across each defensive position.
The other area that stands out from other game is that Gold Coast are giving up the most points in the league to inside midfielders at over 7 points per game above league average.
Game Script – Sydney backs, Geelong midfielders, GWS key forwards
AFL Round 13 Saturday: Our Value Fantasy Picks
Nicholas Madden ($6,000) will be replacing Briggs (who is out with injury) this week as the sole GWS ruckman. Anytime you can get a number one ruck at the minimum price it is just a lock and load play, take the value and spend up elsewhere. Madden has ability too, GWS have been impressed with his efforts in the VFL where he has posted 100+ scores in three of his last four games. Even better, Port Adelaide have been giving up the most points in the league to opposition rucks over the last 10 games at over 15 points per game above the league average.
Aaron Cadman ($7,820) is coming off his best game of the season against Richmond last week where he posted 75 fantasy points. This is a speculative value play, but Port Adelaide are giving up the second most points in the league to key forwards over the last ten games. If you prefer to spend up a little here, an alternative option to take advantage of this play is Jesse Hogan ($11,000) who has been down in recent weeks, but did post a season-high 133-point game four weeks ago.
AFL Round 13 Saturday: Our Mid-Priced Fantasy Picks
Riley Bice ($10,390) / Nick Blakey ($11,750)
Neither of these two have been in great form in recent weeks with Bice losing kick outs and Blakey copping tags. But this has set the price tag perfectly for the best matchup in the league for their role. In addition, with Matt Roberts out this week, his kick outs will need to be divided up. Stacking up the Swans backs looks to be an elite play on the slate and I will be starting with these two who are set for big bounce back games.
AFL Round 13 Saturday: Our Premium Fantasy Picks
Matt Rowell ($14,160) has a positive matchup for an inside mid against Geelong. Rowell will also want to impress the Cats who have been rumoured as a possible team for him as his contract runs out at the end of the season! His game style is completely suited to the size and shape of GHMBA where there will be more stoppages and contested play, especially if it rains as expected. Lock and load this inside monster who is coming to the game in season-best form on the back of scores of 117 and 130 points the last two weeks.
Bailey Smith ($17,910) just continues to go to a new level each week. As noted at the top, this is the best matchup in the league for inside midfielders and down at GHMBA Stadium, I expect Smith to run wild. Coming into the game off a 147-point performance last week against the Eagles, the real question is will he be able to pay us off again at this ridiculously high price point.
