In less than one week, Sportingbet will be rebranded to William Hill Australia. The changeover is set to unfold on February 24th. So what does this mean for Sportingbet customers?
You won’t have to do anything to use the new William Hill Australia betting platform. Your username and PIN will remain the same, and you’ll get the same betting experience across the William Hill web and mobile betting platforms.
With the newly branded website, we’re expecting to see a greater range of betting markets and enhanced promotional offers. It’s also likely that existing customers will get a bonus offer in your email as part of the re-launch so keep an eye out for that one!
Sportingbet social media platforms will also be rebranded with their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and YouTube pages all set for an overhaul. If you’re a follower on these platforms then you’ll automatically follow the new William Hill pages.
The website will also automatically redirect customers from sportingbet.com.au to williamhill.com.au.
It’s an exciting time for sports betting in Australia as William Hill will start to flex its considerable global muscle with a concentrated effort on the Australian market which can only be a good thing for customers. William Hill’s other assets, Centrebet and Tom Waterhouse will also eventually be rebranded later in the year.
