Greyhound Racing Tips - Thursday September 15th

Sandown Park - Race 4

(7) Beck’s Monelli has only won two of her last dozen starts but on a couple of those occasions hasn't had much luck. Her last win was from this drw at Angle Park on August 15 where on that occasion she was fourth with 100m to go but still won. She has missed the start her last couple but she does have the ability to ping the lids. She seems to be getting stronger with age and is now a 700m specialist.

(7) Beck’s Monelli

$3.40 (1 unit)

Dapto - Race 5

(8) Mystical Star was slow out, then checked, last start when she finished in last place but I'm forgiving that run. Before that it was an all-the-way win in a fast 30.04 at this track & distance and if she can jump like that again she should be just about winning. Before that she run two quality placings after settling handy in about third position. A couple of her competitors are out of form and she should be in the top couple with 100m to go.

(8) Mystical Star

$2.80 (1 unit)

Albion Park - Race 4

(1) All Natural has good early pace and did win here last time after leading all of the way in 30.20 which was only two lengths off best of the day credentials.

He is young and has only had the four starts for two wins but is in capable hands and with the aid of the cherry box, he could lead them for a long way. The dog next to her in box two is the main danger but if she can see it off early she should be in it at the end.

(1) All Natural

$2.15 (4 units)

Angle Park - Race 5

(6) Sister Roberta is very reliable early and can lead this field and if she does might be able to break the 30.50 second barrier here after running 30.58 and 30.52 her last couple. She led all of the way from box six on August 25 to win that one by a nose so a middle draw shouldn't worry her considering she has never been out of the top four from the box. She is a winner of 10 from 27 and Ben Rawlings has her racing in fine form.

(6) Sister Roberta

$2.80 (2 units)

Hobart - Race 8

(6) How Far for Paul Young can make it two on end here if he jumps like he did here last week when he won in 26.28 from box five. Box six shouldn't hold too many concerns as he did run second here a fortnight ago in a higher grade from the same alley. His best time is 25.98 which is the second fastest in this race but I think this dog is on the up.

(6) How Far

$13/$2.50 (0.5 units E/W)

Mandurah - Race 2

(6) Nitro Jet has run very well his last three encounters and and his two length win here last week was full of merit. He always attracts support from punters and the youngster looks like he will have a pretty good career over the shorter journey for Ricki Valenti.

The last time he had this box he did miss the start a bit but did run on well for a good third.

(6) Nitro Jet

$3.10 (1 unit)
