Big weekend coming up in the world of League of Legends as the LEC and LCS Playoffs get underway. We will be bringing you extensive converage throughout the event, kicking off this Friday, the 3rd of April as we take a look at some of the key matchupts.
LOL LCS + LEC Playoffs Betting Tips
G2 Esports vs MAD Lions
LEC 2020 Spring Split playoffs
MAD Lions are slated to clash with G2 esports in the opening fixture of League of Legends European Championship (LEC) playoffs in what is billed as a heavily one-sided affair, which is fair, but it's hard to ignore how well MAD Lions have been performing throughout the Spring Split.
If MAD Lions defeat G2, it would be one of the biggest upsets in the history of LEC and we would not count on that outcome here. Having said that, MAD Lions have shown enough to make us believe they can chip at least one map off the reigning LEC champions, who did not look too sharp this season. MAD Lions are priced at $1.91 on the +2.5 map handicap which looks an appealing bet.

Fnatic vs Origen
LEC 2020 Spring Split playoffs
The second match of LEC 2020 Spring Split playoffs will see the seven-time LEC champions Fnatic take on the surging Origen, who have already caused some headache to Martin "Rekkles" Larsson and his crew.
Although there was not a lot to separate these two sides throughout the regular season, Fnatic are priced at much shorter odds and there are arguments to made for and against that. Origen have always been playing third fiddle to G2 and Fnatic, however, they are not a team that should be underestimated. Their conservative playstyle might be a bit unorthodox in the current meta, but when Origen get their wheels rolling, they can be a deadly team, and more than capable of keeping Fnatic on their toes. There is a high possibility we might be looking at a five-map series this Saturday and with $2.60 offered on over 4.5 maps, this bet is hard to ignore.
FlyQuest vs Evil Geniuses
LCS 2020 Spring Split playoffs
It's hard not to be impressed with how far Evil Geniuses have come this season. From sitting at the bottom of the league standings in Week 2 of League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) Spring Split, to finishing the season as the second seed, Evil Geniuses deserve all the praise they can get.
FlyQuest, on the other hand, managed to keep themselves among the top five teams for most of the season, which is a praiseworthy feat, yet there are some concerns with their drop in form in the final weeks of the season. Losses to 100 Thieves (twice) and Golden Guardians fail to inspire much optimism and it’s hard to believe this team is ready to make a deep run in the LCS playoffs, especially considering their first opponent are the hot Evil Geniuses. Although there is a chance FlyQuest might upset EG, the recent form of the two sides makes it hard to believe that. Instead, seeing Evil Geniuses secure a 3-0 or 3-1 win seems far more likely and with Picklebet offering $2.15 on -1.5 map handicap, this opportunity is hard to pass on.
