Dabble Expands AFL Same Game Multis With More Betting Markets

August 14th 2026, 2:15pm, By: Heath Chick

Dabble has rolled out a major update to its AFL Same Game Multi product, significantly expanding the number of markets that can be combined within an SGM.

The Australian bookmaker has added a much broader selection of match, player and quarter-based options to its Same Game Multi builder, giving AFL punters more flexibility when creating multis around an individual game.

The update is now available through Dabble's AFL match pages and brings the bookmaker's SGM offering closer to having its full range of AFL markets available within the builder.

What's New With Dabble AFL Same Game Multis?

The biggest change is the number of different markets that can now be selected when building an AFL Same Game Multi.

Rather than being limited primarily to common options such as match results, player disposals and goalscorers, Dabble has expanded the builder across a much wider selection of AFL markets.

The updated SGM menu includes categories such as:

- Match betting markets
- Disposal markets
- Goalscorer markets
- First and last goalscorer markets
- Handicap markets
- Winning margin markets
- Half markets
- Quarter markets
- Race-to markets

Each category can then be expanded to reveal the available selections for that particular match.

It means users can build considerably more detailed AFL Same Game Multis without needing to move between the regular match markets and the SGM section.

More Player Disposal Options

Player disposals remain one of the most popular AFL betting markets, and they form an important part of Dabble's expanded SGM offering.

Users can include different disposal lines for individual players alongside other selections from the same game. Disposals are now available across single disposal increments allowing you to customise your preferred disposal line exactly.

For example, an SGM could combine a match result with disposal targets for multiple players and a goalscorer selection. The precise markets and player lines available will vary between games.

Goalscorer and First/Last Goalscorer Markets

Dabble has also expanded the goalscoring options available through its Same Game Multi builder.

Alongside standard player goalscorer markets, the interface contains a dedicated First/Last Goalscorer Markets section.

This gives users more ways to incorporate player performance into an AFL SGM rather than relying solely on the traditional anytime goalscorer selections.

Again, availability can differ depending on the match and market.

Quarter, Half and Margin Markets Added to the Mix

One of the more interesting parts of the update is the ability to access a wider selection of match-based markets.

Dabble's SGM builder now prominently separates Margin Markets, Half Markets and Quarter Markets into their own categories. There is also a dedicated Race To Markets section.

These additions allow an SGM to be built around how a game might unfold rather than simply combining the final result with individual player statistics. For AFL punters who like building a Same Game Multi around a particular match scenario, the expanded selection provides considerably more flexibility.

Easier SGM Navigation in the Dabble App

The update isn't only about adding markets. Dabble has also made Same Game Multis a more prominent part of the match interface.

When opening an AFL game, users can switch between dedicated tabs for Markets, SGM, Activity and Pick'Em.

Selecting SGM brings up the available Same Game Multi markets in expandable categories, while selections are added to the SGM betslip at the bottom of the screen.

It's a cleaner approach than searching through a long list of individual markets and makes it easier to see which options are eligible to be combined.

Dabble Continues to Expand Its AFL Betting Product

The SGM changes form part of Dabble's continued development of its AFL offering.

Dabble already differentiates itself from many traditional Australian sportsbooks through its social features, including its Activity Feed and Banter functionality.

The expanded Same Game Multi builder adds another layer to the product by increasing the number of ways users can construct AFL bets directly from the match screen.

Dabble has also been expanding other parts of its betting platform during 2026, including the introduction of its Pick'Em player-stat product.

How to Build an AFL Same Game Multi With Dabble

To access the expanded markets:

1. Open an AFL match through the Dabble app or website.
2. Select the SGM tab on the match page.
3. Browse the available market categories.
4 Expand a category such as Disposal Markets, Goalscorer Markets, Quarter Markets or Margin Markets.
5. Select the legs you want to include.
6. Review the combined Same Game Multi in the betslip before placing the bet.

Not every market or combination will necessarily be available for every AFL match, and certain selections may be unable to be combined because of how the outcomes relate to one another.

Dabble AFL Same Game Multis in 2026

Same Game Multis have become a major part of AFL betting in Australia, and Dabble's latest update substantially increases the depth of its offering.

The biggest improvement is simply choice.

With disposal, goalscorer, first and last goalscorer, handicap, margin, half, quarter and race-to categories all accessible from the SGM builder, users have far more options for constructing a multi around their view of an AFL game.

For existing Dabble customers, the expanded markets are available through the dedicated SGM tab on eligible AFL match pages.
