Hurricanes vs Brumbies (Friday 5.35pm AEST)
The Brumbies are coming off a very impressive win in South Africa but they are up against an even tougher opponent in New Zealand when they face the Hurricanes on Friday. However, the Brumbies have a great record against them and have won 12 of the 20 overall games and 3 of the 7 played in New Zealand.
The Canes have led the competition from the start to the finish and have still only suffered the two losses all season. The forward packs and backlines of both sides are stacked with international players and it will be a great contest throughout the match.
The Brumbies will be looking to attack with lineouts inside the opposition 22 and go to the rolling maul that has been so successful for them this season. Whilst the Hurricanes are able to strike from anywhere and can turn the match on its head with long range tries.

Waratahs vs Highlanders (Saturday 7.55pm AEST)
The Highlanders are continuing to surprise the competition and fans with their performances this season. They turned their best regular season into a great win last week against the Cheifs as they were dominant throughout the entire match. They will need to knock off the defending champions on their home turf which is a massive ask for an underdog side.
The Waratahs have peaked at the right time of the season as they put on back-to-back dominant performances before having a bye last week. It is no surprise their great two games are on the back of the return to form of Israel Folau. When he is at his best he is one of the most dangerous players in the game and can attack from anywhere on the park. He can restrict the oppositions kicking game because if they don’t find touch they can receive the ultimate punishment.
