Warwick Farm Racing Tips: Wednesday, October 15th 2025

Race 2: Precise Air BM72 2400m - 2:40pm (AEDT)

(1) Mama Joy: 4YO Mare who is chasing the hatrick here. Two back she was terrific winning over 2100m in BM64 grade and scored by almost 4L. Tackled this grade most recently at this track and was strong through to line and won again. Looks ready for 2400m. Rates well, draws nicely and Gibbons stays on who is 2 from 2. Consider again.

(2) War Ribbon: 4YO gelding who finished 4th behind Mama Joy last start, but was held up badly on the turn before launching up the inside and only missed by 0.2L. Gets in lighter this time with a handy weight swing in his favour against the favourite. Third up now and looks ready for 2400m. Probably should’ve won last start, so with more things in his favour this time he looks a top hope.

(3) Happiness: 4YO Gelding who comes into this after a demolition job at Kembla Grange over 2000m. He is hard fit and gets the booking of J-Mac here. Drawn nicely and worth thought.

(2) War Ribbon WIN

$3.90 (2 Units)

Race 5: Asahi Super Dry BM88 1600m - 4:25pm (AEDT)

(1) Crystal Clear: 4YO Gelding who has won his last three. Gets in nicely with the 2kg claim still engaged. This is his toughest test yet, but beating Tavros last start who has since ran a handy race in the Coonamble cup. Form franked. Draws well and will be looking to continue the picket fence.

(2) Scarlet Oak: 5YO Mare who looks to be the roughie of the day. He was never likely first up as a $81 chance in open grade at Rosehill over 1400m. Will only be improving second up now and is a proven  winner over the mile. Rates highly against this field. 3KG claim engaged and a handy draw suggests she is a genuine chance here at big odds.

(3) Geriatrix: 5YO who has been well held in all four runs this campaign. Gets back in grade now and is expected to be hard fit. J-Mac gets into the saddle and the early market suggests she is capable and ready to run his race.

(2) Scarlet Oak E/W

$27/$6.50 (0.5U/1U)

Race 7: Tab BM72 1400m - 5:35pm (AEDT)

(5) The Replicant: 7YO Gelding who was terrific two back over this track/trip motoring home to finish second. Dropped to 1300m and ran out of tarmac, but was sound. Gets back to this track and 1400m with Nash remaining in the saddle. Draws a sticky gate gate, but expect him to be savaging the line. Value.

(6) Rapbidash: 6YO Mare who has returned in good order this campaign with a handy second first up on the heavy deck. Last start was very impressive winning at Rosehill in this grade over 1300m. Third up now and looks ready for 1400m. Parr for Baker continues. Go well.

(10) Super Mirage: 4YO gelding import who debuted in GB and won by more than 2 L. Now in the Waller camp and has had two trials. Nothing outstanding to see there, but gets pole position and J-Mac is taking the reigns. Looks to be one to watch and may be worth an each way play just on the fact the Waller camp purchased her and J-Mac steers.

(6) Rapbidash E/W

$5.50/$2.15 (1U/2U)
