March 31st 2026, 9:45am, By: Trent Orwin

Warwick Farm Racing Tips

Warwick Farm hosts midweek racing in New South Wales on Wednesday and there are eight races scheduled. Sunny conditions are expected on race day with the first jumping at 1:45pm (AEDT) for two-year-old maiden gallopers. Rail is in the true position, and it is currently a Soft 6, so watch for any track upgrades.

Trent Orwin has done the form to bring you his three best bets for day from Warwick Farm this Wednesday. Help support our FREE content by signing up to a new Australian sportsbook, and if you’re after more free tips for this week’s key meetings, then head over to our Racing Tips page!

Warwick Farm Racing Tips: Wednesday, April 1st 2026

Race 1: Hyland Race Colours Handicap 1300m – 1:45pm (AEDT)

(9) Seraphox is a Ciaron Maher-trained two-year-old colt that was thrown into the deep end on debut when finishing seventh of eight runners, beaten 4.1 lengths by Paradoxium in the Group 2 Todman Stakes (1200m). He was caught three-wide in the Todman and still ran through the line well for a horse that had worked in the run. This should be a suitable race and looks hard to beat if he can replicate his debut effort.

(1) Tiger Turf defied the market’s expectations second-up from a spell when beating all but the winner Rachini as a $61 chance. He does cop a wide gate which could be concerning but he could run another cheeky race at odds.

(7) Latife is a two-year-old colt for Chris Waller who is set to make his race debut after four trials dating back to November 2025. The most recent was March 10 when finishing second behind Moscow Maid who put in a poor performance on debut. I prefer to watch and see what he does here before assessing his future prospects.

(9) Seraphox WIN

$2.60 (2 Units)

Race 7: TAB Handicap 1200m – 5:15pm (AEDT)

(5) Call Me Gorgeous returned from Sha Tin and was a dominant winner at Newcastle when capturing a Benchmark 64 Handicap (1200m) by three lengths. Sat last in the run and dashed down the outside to draw away in the run under a hold from jockey Tyler Schiller. This time, Nash Rawiller will be in the saddle and he should be unwinding late. Looks excellent value on the arrogant first-up victory.

(10) Castlejohn captured a Super Maiden over 1100m at his race debut when defeating Metallic Cat who has since won a Super Maiden by more than four lengths. That form looks good and the Joseph Pride-trained three-year-old gelding is the race favourite. Looks the main danger.

(4) Bryant has won two of his past three starts for trainer Ron Quinton and has each-way claims in the race despite drawing wide on the track and likely to be well back in the field.

(5) Call Me Gorgeous WIN

$3.90 (1.5 Units)

Race 8: Hawaii Five Oh @ Vinery Stud Handicap 1400m – 5:50pm (AEDT)

(1) Formal Display will carry the topweight of 60kg after the claim from Mollie Fitzgerald and they will press forward from the wider gate to race on the speed. The five-year-old gelding recorded a win last start at Wyong over 1350m after racing outside the leader and proving too good. One small concern is the gelding hasn’t placed second-up from a spell despite an excellent first-up record. Hopefully doesn’t work too hard in the early stages and can prove hard to beat.

(10) Aligned has won back-to-back races and looks ready for another step up in grade. He should map well from gate two and should be stalking the leaders in the run. Looks a strong each-way chance in the race with Zac Lloyd riding.

(3) Hanau is another last start winner in the race having won over course and distance by 1.5 lengths. The biggest concern is the gelding will be back in the field, potentially last, watching it all unfold before trying to make his run.

(1) Formal Display WIN

$3.50 (1.5 Units)
