Arizona State at Stanford
This game could quite possibly be a PAC 12 title preview. Both ASU and Stanford have started the season 2-0.
Arizona State came from 14-3 behind to steal a win over Wisconsin the eventual score 32-30. That win catapulted Arizona St into the rankings. This game would of had a much juicier line had Arizona lost last week but the fact is Arizona State is still an un-known force. They want respect. This game against 5th ranked Stanford will have been marked on the Calander for a very long time.
Stanford Cardinals are a defensive juggernaut. With wins over San Jose State and Army, I believe this game might be a smack in the mouth to the Stanford defense ( at least early in the game). They have not faced an offense like Arizona's yet and it will take time to adjust. Although I believe Stanford is the better team, a win by Arizona State here would not shock and the 7 points is enough for us to make a play at Arizona.
Stanford will adjust, but this game will go right down to the wire.
