Deutsche Bank Championship
The 2nd stage of the playoff take place at TPC Boston. Originally designed by Arnold Palmer. Its a 7241 yard course ranked as one of the easiest on tour with the winning score averaging nearly 19 under. So players will need to be super aggressive.
All six winners of the Deutsche Bank, during the fed ex cup era have been in the top 10 in scrambling. So they dont need to hit fairways to win.
This course in our opinion is suited to every type of player. It's not set up like a major, so lower ranked players will still have a good chance if they can stay aggressive. Thats not to say a top 10 ranked player wont catch fire and run away with it. We just feel like there's value on players ranked outside the top 10.
With that in mind we are personally lowering our " bet units " and having fun with the Deutsche Bank this week.
