Round 6 in the 2026 AFL season is another nine-match round and it's filled with rivalry matches! Action kicks off at the MCG on Thursday night with Carlton taking on Collingwood in an important battle. Friday night footy first heads to the Cattery where Geelong will host the Western Bulldogs, while the later game will be the Battle of the Bridge clash between the Swans and the Giants. Saturday action in Round 6 sees three matches play out back to back, before we get another Sunday triple-header which concludes with the Western Derby between the Eagles and the Dockers.

Horse Racing returns to Flemington on Saturday in the state of Victoria and the highlight is the annual Andrew Ramsden which will be run over 2800m. The winner of the race gets a gold ticket into the 3200m Melbourne Cup.
Scone hosts a 10-race card with the Denises Joy Stakes, Ortensia Stakes, Dark Jewel Classic and Luskin Star Stakes as the key feature races for the card which round things out from race 7 to 10.

The second game in the AFL on Friday night will be played in Darwin as the Gold Coast Suns host Port Adelaide. The Suns have proven to be almost unbeatable up north and will be heavy favourites to secure the four points once again, although the Power will certainly have other ideas.
We have another double-header on our hands in AFL Round 10, with the first cab off the rank being Sydney vs Collingwood at the SCG. The Swans are red-hot at the moment and will go into this clash as the clear favourites against the Magpies who will be without Scott Pendlebury.
NRL tips for every match of the 2026 NRL season. The National Rugby League is the biggest rugby league competition in Australia and we have previews and NRL betting tips for every game, for both the mens and womens competitions, plus best bets for special events like the State of Origin.
