AFL Daily Fantasy Lineup Tips: Round 11 Sunday
AFL Fantasy Round 11 Sunday - Where to Attack?
Anytime West Coast are on the slate the first area to attack is using opposition key forwards. The Eagles have been getting lit up by key forwards for years now and the trend has continued this year with them giving up the most points in the league to the position at over 9 points per game above league average. This is a similar mark for general forwards as well, therefore it is no shock that loading up on forwards for any team playing the side sitting last on the ladder is a good strategy.
Surprisingly the Eagles have been giving up under league average to backs and wings, and only 1 point above league average through the midfield.
St Kilda and Melbourne are two sides that we have been able to confidently stack up backs against going back into past years as well. They are both playing on this slate and would stand out as the obvious areas to load up on, either with the Sydney backs against Melbourne, or Gold Coast backs against the Saints.
Game Script – Adelaide key forwards and general forwards, Adelaide midfielders /Gold Coast backs
AFL Fantasy Round 11 Sunday – Our Value Fantasy Picks
Sam Collins ($7,220) love going to this option in a Suns backline stack against the Saints. There isn’t a lot of obvious value on this slate so I will be looking stack up backs in good spots or similar in the forward line. Collins has shown this strategy works posting a massive 112 point game against St Kilda last year.
SUB WATCH – Luke Pedlar ($6,750) / Zac Taylor ($6,940) / Sam Berry ($8,720) hunting for value on this slate I will be looking to the Crows cheap options against West Coast. The Crows are 50 point favourites and should totally fill up across most lines from a fantasy perspective. Review the sub and then select from this bunch accordingly, noting that Berry would be my primary target as he will be most likely to get midfield opportunity especially if the game is out of hand late.
AFL Fantasy Round 11 Sunday: Our Mid-Price Fantasy Picks
Taylor Walker ($10,020) / Darcy Fogarty ($10,320)
As noted above this is the best matchup in the league for key forwards and the Crows two bigs are priced very nicely in the mid rate at $10k. Walker has absolutely dined out on the Eagles in the past few years, with two games over 160 fantasy points in 2023, an 80 point game last season and a 100+ point game back in 2022. Fogarty also got into the party last season with a 92 point game so stacking these two up in the same roster is certainly an option.
Callum Mills ($11,930) returns for his first game of the season this week and is worth highlighting for his mid price point. We all know his upside and before injury Mills had been looking to make a return to the Swans inside midfield brigade where he has done his best scoring in the past.
AFL Fantasy Round 11 Sunday: Our Premium Fantasy Picks
John Noble ($14,140) has been a key recruit this year for the Suns and taken the key responsibilities off half back. Coming off a massive 116 point game last week we have sene his upside in that range several times this season. This game should be tailer made for his role against St Kilda who have been league leaders for points conceded to designated kicks off half back for years now.
Reilly O’Brien ($13,100) this isn’t an obvious ruck slate, but O’Brien draws what has been the best matchup in the league for rucks for years now. The Eagles are giving up a ridiculous 22 points above league average to the position this season and O’Brien flashed his 120 point upside just two weeks ago.
