Round 10 of the 2024 AFL Premiership Season brings yet another loaded four game Super Saturday slate. We get underway with an exciting match between two inform sides as Collingwood host Adelaide at the MCG. Both sides are pushing to get into the top eight and this will be a fast paced high pressure contest. Then GWS will host the Western Bulldogs in what will be another critical game for Coach Luke Beveridge. At night St Kilda will play Fremantle at Marvel Stadium in what will be a very fantasy friendly matchup and Brisbane will play Richmond at the Gabba in what will be the best stacking option of the day.

Decent weather every apart from Sydney where there may be some rain impact depending on how much rain eventuates. Keep an eye on the forecast and focus on rucks and inside players if the conditions are wet.
Where to Attack?
No shock given the game odds that Richmond offer the best options to attack from a fantasy perspective on this slate. They are giving up over 10 points per game above league average to designated kickers, over 6 points per game above league average to key forwards and over 4 points per game above league average to inside midfielders. This means we can go all out full Brisbane stacks across the positions on this slate. With the Lions over 47 point favourites in this matchup, expect a huge fill up for fantasy scoring.
The next option is to stack up the Fremantle backs as St Kilda have continued their trend this year of conceding truck loads of points to their opponents defenders. They are giving up over 8 points per game above league average to the designated kickers and over 10 points above league average to general defenders.

VALUE PLAYS
There are plenty of value plays on this option that bring a sub risk, so roster at your own risk, but have a backup option in case they are not starting.
Bruce Reville ($6,000) has looked right at home in the Lions lineup the last two weeks roaming the wings and flanks. He has provided back-to-back scores of 52 and 57 fantasy points, which is a solid return at the minimum price and with this matchup against Richmond certainly offers further upside.
Zac Jones ($6,860) has shown plenty of upside throughout his career from a fantasy perspective but has also been a consistent sub this season when playing. If given a full game I would expect a solid return on this price point.
Caleb Daniel ($8,490) averaged over 90 fantasy points last year but has consistently found himself either the sub or in the VFL in 2024. When he has been on the ground his role has not been clearly defined playing anywhere from forward to wing to back. This week he comes in as a straight swap for Jason Johannisen, so if he was to start on the ground, the upside is huge if he plays that half back role.
A few of the safer value plays come from Fremantle’s backline where Heath Chapman ($9,670) has one of the best matchups in the league and has shown 100 point upside in the past, or alternatively the Lions forward line where you can look to Eric Hipwood ($8,840) to take advantage of the beatdown they will put on the Tigers.
MID PRICED PLAYS
Luke Jackson ($11,310) will take over the number one ruck duty against the Dockers with Sean Darcy again out with injury. This is a solid matchup for Jackson as well with Marshall giving up over 8 points per game above league average to the ruck position, which is one of the highest in the league in 2024. Jackson can also be played forward in your lineups so this is close to a lock and load play. If you are looking to spend up at ruck, it is worth noting that Tim English ($16,770) has the best matchup in the league for rucks on this slate and, as we all know, has 150 point upside.
Steele Sidebottom ($10,380) played a half back role last week for the Magpies to perfection posting 94 fantasy points, his highest output for the year. If he holds onto that same role he is worth considering as he will have over 100 point upside.
Joe Daniher ($12,450) is a possible slate breaker up forward against the Tigers. Richmond are lacking any tall defenders with ability this season and Daniher has shown huge upside in similar contests posting a 135-point game against North Melbourne and a 117-point game against Fremantle already this year. His ownership will not be too high given this awkward price point, but he does have the ability to return a big tournament winning score.
PREMIUM PLAYS
Josh Dunkley ($16,800) is the safest premium play you will find on this slate. He has only one game all season below 100 points and showed us 150-point upside just two weeks ago in a Brisbane beat down of the Suns. This game will likely be not much different and you can look to roster any Lions premium players together in your lineups.
