The International Cricket schedule for the Australian 2020-21 season has been officially confirmed with Australia and India set to clash over three ODIs and three T20 Internationals, before a four-Test battle for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy kicks off on December 17th.
International cricket will commence on November 27th with the first of three ODIs, with two to be played at the SCG before the third will be hosted at Manuka Oval in Canberra. Players will then switch format to the T20 game, with the first T20 International between Australia and India to be held in Canberra on December 4th, before the final two T20s will be back at the SCG.
While the ODIs and T20s will be held in a rather confined bubble in the Eastern states, the Test series looks a little more traditional. The Tests will kick off in Adelaide on December 17th, before the traditional Boxing Day Test in Melbourne and New Years Test in Sydney. The fourth and final Test will be held at the Gabba in Brisbane on January 15th.
Of course all of these announcements are subject to Government regulations and restrictions which may change.
