Third up from a spell and her third up record reads nicely, as do her stats at the track and distance. Looks ready to peak, handles the soft ground, draws ideally and looks hard to beat. Stroke Of Eight the biggest threat.
Best Value: Race 3 Halliday
Has finished runner up at her past two, draws well and gets the blinkers on first time here so with race fitness on her side could catch her rivals off guard. Attainment in Race 5 worth a ticket too.

Best Bet: Race 8 Fan The Breeze
Comes into this first up from a spell after a good campaign last time in. Won two on the trot to start last campaign in this grade, has a good record at the distance and a good record on Soft ground. The 2kg claim brings him to a very winnable weight. Wary of At Your Command first up for an astute stable at $12.
Best Value: Race 7 Elektra Lass
Always takes a few runs to come good and the last time she ran on Soft ground she won. Her wet form is much better than her dry form and she strikes a winnable race on the right ground and at the right time of her preparation. $31 looks a juicy price.
