The Kennedy Oaks, registered as the VRC Oaks, is a race for three-year-old fillies over the staying trip of 2500m at Flemington Racecourse during November. The race headlines day three (Oaks Day) of the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival, which is staged on the Thursday, two days after the Melbourne Cup.

The Stradbroke Handicap is the biggest race held in Queensland each year at Eagle Farm as part of the Brisbane Winter Racing Carnival.

The Schweppes Oaks (registered as the Australasian Oaks) is a Group 1 set weights race for three-year old fillies, run over 2000m at Morphettville Racecourse.

The Golden Eagle is a new $7.5million race for four-year-olds that will be run for the first time in November, 2019 at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse.
