We are back with another round of mid-week racing tips, today we preview the 8 race meets at both Ballarat and Warwick Farm. See below for our tips for every race including our best bets and best value.
BALLARAT RACING TIPS
R1 - Lady Koocachoo
R2 - First Approach
R3 - Danger In Devon / Gabriel EW
R4 - Think Babe (Best Bet)
R5 - Al Shameel
R6 - Power Trip
R7 - Elite Tiger / Mr Journeyman EW
R8 - Sandhurst Delight
Best Bet: Race 2 First Approach
There are certainly better chances on the card but they're not at any sort of price so we'll go with First Approach who is first up from a spell for the lethal Darren Weir/Dean Yendall combination. Finished 3rd on debut on a Heavy Warrnambool track so will appreciate it firmer here and was strong in a recent jumpout.
Best Value: Race 7 Elite Tiger / Mr Journeyman
A race full of value to my eye. Elite Tiger is a track specialist with 3 wins and a 2nd from 4 starts at Ballarat, while Mr Journeyman always peaks third up from a spell and has a terrific record at track and distance. Alamonteel also worth having something on.
WARWICK FARM RACING TIPS
R1 - Argemone / Furlana EW
R2 - California Archer
R3 - Oklahoma Girl
R4 - Speed Hero
R5 - Rose Of Man
R6 - Dagny
R7 - Broadside
R8 - Dreamforce / Baby Don't Cry EW
Best Bet: Race 6 Dagny
First up from a spell here after winning her only two races last prep. Had a good trial leading into this and is bred by Darci Brahma which means she should love the wet track. Bowman and Snowden combination is a big hint.
Best Value: Race 8 Baby Don't Cry
Big field but this horse comes to Sydney from Victoria after a good first up win at Bendigo. Has a tremendous second up record and loves the wet tracks. Well drawn, the 2kg claim helps and looks a nice each way price around $9.
Always Gamble Responsibly.
