AFL Daily Fantasy Lineup Tips: Geelong vs Brisbane Qualifying Final
AFL Fantasy Qualifying Final Cats vs Lions: Where to Attack?
Brisbane have been one of the hardest teams in the league to score against this season. Over the last 10 games they have held teams to below average scores across all positions, particularly in the ruck and the backline where they hold players to some of the lowest scores in the AFL.
Geelong on the other hand have some very obvious exposures to attack. Primarly the Cats give up points to the opposition's backline. They are conceding over 4 points per game to the designated kicker over the last 10 games, which is the third most in the league during this period of time. They also give up above average points to general defenders and attacking half backs/wings. This is a great setup for this match given the Lions love to possess the football through these positions.

AFL Fantasy Qualifying Final Cats vs Lions: Our Value Fantasy Picks
Mark O’Connor ($9,240) will quite likely get a role tagging Lachie Neale in this final. He has done great jobs on Neale in previous contests and anytime he is playing a hard tag, he is worth consideration from a fantasy perspective as he will be around the ball and has the ability to put up big scores at this price point.
Callum Ah Chee ($9,620) was one of the stand out players for the Lions across their premiership finals series last year. He is coming into the finals series in great form with back-to-back scores of 85 and 75 fantasy points. I love him as a player that will stand up in big contests like this one, where he can plug in where needed at both ends of the ground.
AFL Fantasy Qualifying Final Cats vs Lions: Our Mid-Priced Fantasy Picks
Darcy Fort ($10,870) will be the sole ruck in this matchup against the Lions who are giving up over 5 points per game to opponent ruckman over the last 10 games (fifth most in the league). Three of his last four games have seen Fort post 87, 73 and 81, which are all solid scores at his price point in a single game matchup in a finals series. This is now an even better play with Geelong's first choice ruckman Rhys Stanley withdrawing with a hamstring injury.
Patrick Dangerfield ($10,310) suits the narrative of a big game player in a final here. There will be nothing left on the ground from Danger in a contest like this so he is priced well given the way he would be approaching the home and away season. The Cats will look to utilise him more in centre bounces and we saw in last year's preliminary final what he is still capable of when he notched up 24 disposals and a goal for 70 fantasy points.
AFL Fantasy Qualifying Final Cats vs Lions: Our Premium Fantasy Picks
Josh Dunkley ($16,060) will lead the Lions inside midfield brigade in a huge contest. I think you can lock him in for over 100 points, and if signs indicate that Lachie Neale ($14,220) isn’t being tagged, I love him in this match as well. When these two sides played in a final last year we saw 110 fantasy points from Dunkley and 119 points from Neale. Hugh McLuggage and Dayne Zorko also chipped in with big scores so I love looking to the premium players from the Lions side in this matchup.
