(7) The Good Deal is drawn perfectly here after being unlucky not to win back-to-back last start at Happy Valley. He returns to Sha Tin today, deserves favouritism and is expected to win.
(2) Vamos drops in class here and gets his best chance to win in some time. Barrier 6 is a solid draw for the horse who will be ridden by Hugh Bowman.
(9) Day Day Rich is drawn wide here but will roll forward and look for the lead anyway under Karis Teetan. If he finds it without too much difficulty he may be able to fight out the finish.

(5) We Are Hero is the in-form horse stepping up in class here but comfortably won his last 3 races and looks entirely capable of continuing that trend at short odds here.
(1) Nervous Witness is a rocket. He’ll jump and run leaving all other horses in his wake early. The risk is whether he tires late and allows the electric finisher in We Are Hero to catch him.
(7) Run Run Cool will run well again here. He’s capable of winning but has lacked the conviction of late to win. Maybe that will change today.

(4) Singapore Sunshine is the roughie for the day after closing off impressively at cricket score odds last start. Although he boasts an impressive record with 4 career wins, he’s yet to perform in Hong Kong but gave the indication he’s finding form and is still a nice e/w price.
(14) River Views gets the gun draw today with Karis Teetan to steer. He’s been shorter in less favourable conditions lately so the price here might be worth having something on.
(5) Watch Buddy is the new kid on the block and came on the scene 2 starts ago just missing at huge odds. He was shorter and less impressive last start but clearly possesses ability.
