The 2025-26 NBA season continues on Wednesday with a juicy six-game slate for fans and punters to sink their teeth into. It’s a little bit of a later start with the Bucks at Raptors getting us underway from 11:30am AEDT, while the last to tip-off will be the Thunder at Clippers from 3pm. We have provided our three best bets and prop bets for the day below!

NBA Betting Tips: Wednesday, November 5th 2025
Milwaukee Bucks at Toronto Raptors (11:30am AEDT)
The Milwaukee Bucks, sitting pretty at 5-2, travel to face the 3-4 Toronto Raptors, looking to reinforce their position as Eastern Conference heavyweights. The Bucks’ supremacy in this matchup is well-established, having beaten the Raptors just a fortnight ago, 122-116, in the very same arena.
Crucially, Raptors' starting centre Jakob Poeltl is a Game Time Decision with a back issue and has missed the last three games. Even if he plays, his health is a major question mark, while his absence would leave the interior defence hugely exposed to the best player on the court, Giannis Antetokounmpo. The 'Greek Freak' is a reliable nightmare for Toronto, averaging 25.5 points and 11.4 rebounds in their last 10 meetings.
With Raptors' focus solely on trying to contain Giannis, it opens up the floor for the Bucks' secondary scorers including Ryan Rollins (averaging 17 PPG this season with Kevin Porter Jr. still sidelined). Given the personnel mismatches and the Bucks’ track record of winning convincingly against the Raptors, expect Milwaukee to cover the spread in this one.
Prop Bet: R. Rollins Over 14.5 Points $1.88 (1 Unit) - Neds
Bucks +4.5
$1.88 (2 Units)

Philadelphia 76ers at Chicago Bulls (12pm AEDT)
The Chicago Bulls and the Philadelphia 76ers, both off to solid starts, clash tonight in a pivotal early-season Eastern Conference contest. The Bulls, riding a wave of confident, fast-paced basketball, are looking to hand the Sixers a rare road defeat.
The key to the Bulls' recent success has been the seamless integration of their new-look offence, powered by Australian sensation Josh Giddey. The point guard is excelling in his facilitative role, averaging near-double-digit assists this season. Against a Sixers side known to struggle in transition defence, Giddey is perfectly positioned to rack up the dimes in a fast-paced contest. He’s covered his current assist line in each of his last three games.
The spread reflects a belief in the Bulls' ability to control the pace and exploit the Sixers' reliance on half-court offence. With an electric home crowd behind them, the Bulls' speed and balanced scoring attack should be enough to secure a victory over their conference rivals. Expect a great contest, but one where Chicago edges out the win.
Prop Bet: J. Giddey Over 8.5 Assists $2.05 (1 Unit) - Ladbrokes
Bulls –2
$1.90 (1.5 Units)

OKC Thunder at Los Angeles Clippers (3pm AEDT)
The Oklahoma City Thunder (7-0) roll into the Intuit Dome brimming with confidence and looking to continue their historic start against the LA Clippers (3-3). The reigning NBA champions have been dominant, proving they are the team to beat in the Western Conference, while the Clippers are struggling to find consistency early on.
The biggest factor in this contest is the recent history and the Clippers' poor form against OKC. The Thunder swept the four-game series last season, winning by an average margin of nearly 10 points. Furthermore, the Clippers are playing the second night of a back-to-back, a difficult proposition against the Thunder's league-leading defensive unit and aggressive pace.
Crucially, rising star big man Chet Holmgren is set to return after missing three games with back soreness. Despite his time out, Holmgren has been an absolute force, averaging 23.0 points and 10.3 rebounds through his first four appearances this season. The Clippers’ defensive struggles and lack of interior size, particularly against a versatile seven-footer who can score inside and out, position Holmgren for a big night. Expect a comfortable win as the Thunder improve to 8-0.
Prop Bet: C. Holmgren Over 17.5 Points $1.86 (1.5 Units) - Palmerbet
Thunder –7.5
$1.95 (1 Unit)
