After giving up a three run lead Sunday night in Boston, the Yankees went down 8-7 in the 11^th. However, that wasn’t the only bad news for Yankee fans after the game. Star Yankee Alex Rodriguez was due back today but an MRI scan revealed a grade-one Quad strain. Ouch!

The pitching matchup see's Yankees Ivan Nova take on the Texas Rangers Yu Darvish. Nova is coming off two good wins, including a personal best 11 strikeouts vs Baltimore. Darvish is returning from the 15 day disabled list and says "I’m feeling really good". He may however not be at his absolute best.

The Rangers are just not putting any runs on the board lately. This coupled with the Yankees facing a really talented pitcher in Darvish is making me look at the total game score which came out at 8.5. We are going to grab that and make a play on the UNDER.

The Yankees may be injury plagued, but seem to be really fighting it out and with the Rangers in a form slump, we think there is value in the RUN LINE, so let’s also take the Yankees +1.5
