Three games have been played so far in the 2018 NBA Finals and the Golden State Warriors have recorded three wins. They are now unbackable favourites to beat the series against the Cleveland Cavaliers and win the championship, however, they still need to win one more game. Game 4 will be played this Saturday from 11am and we have our best bets for the game below.
A Game 1 blunder of monumental proportions by Cleveland guard J.R Smith will probably end up costing us our tip of Cleveland +2.5 games in the finals series. However, our other two tips of Kevin Durant to win MVP and LeBron James to score the most series points look pretty good heading into game four in Cleveland on Saturday.
The Warriors start as 4.5-point favourites for Game 4 in Cleveland on Saturday and given they have won every game in the series so far by at least eight points, it’s hard for me to think they won’t do the same on Saturday. They seemed to have the killer instinct in game three, especially Kevin Durant, who absolutely murdered the Cavs them in the third and fourth quarters.
Steph Curry went just 1/10 from the three-point line and the Warriors were still able to win by 8 points. I like them to cover Saturday and wrap up the championship.

There are also plenty of prop bets that we fancy for the game, the first of which is the LeBron James points line. While facing elimination could spark an all time game from LeBron James, I feel like the 36.5 point line is just too high for any NBA player in any game. James has only surpassed that tally once in this series back in game one when he had 51 points. He seemed to relish the facilitator role in game three a lot more as he racked up 11 assists to go along with his 33 points. I like the unders for LBJ here.

Kevin Durant had a monster 43-point game on Thursday and should continue to be the focal point of the Golden State offence in Game 4. You can pretty much count on him racking up high 20s to low 30s every game, and the 7-footer had a great night on the boards in Game 3 with 13 rebounds. His point + rebound line sites at just 38.5 here and we expect him to go over that.

Its safe to say that JR Smith’s favourite thing to do is score the basketball. He hasn’t really done much else this series, racking up just 11 total rebounds and 4 total assists in the three games so far this series. What comes first for Swish in Game 4? I like points.
